Q. Why does my username and password keep getting rejected?
A. Your username and password have to be entered correctly, the most common reason is entering a space before you start typing (Think of it as the same as your phone number or bank pin number, if you enter the wrong digit you won't get access), you will find your correct username and password in your Welcome page or you can have your username and password sent to you immediately by clicking on "Forgot Password" and entering your Login ID used at the time of registration.
